Chocolate Banana Bread Shake

  • 1 bottle of Nestlé® ProNourish®
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate, lactose free, whey protein powder
  • 1/8 cup oats
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes


1. Combine all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and garnish with oats and cinnamon (optional)
3. Enjoy your Low FODMAP shake with no GI issues!
